TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is to be made in GBP and can’t be sent through PayPal, BACS or a cheque. If you want to pay by BACS or a cheque then select ‘Invoice’ when completing your purchase. Payment must clear before orders are shipped.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. Once your order ships, it will be subject to the Returns Policy.

Customs Fees
All customs fees and charges are payable by the customer/recipient, please check your country’s fees, rules and restrictions before you buy

Loss & Damage
Although it rarely happens if loss or damage should occur during shipment I will do everything I can to help locate & resolve the situation. To make this easier I ask that you report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide me with photos so that I may make a claim with my shipping provider and replace or refund your order for you. If your order is lost I will replace it.
